We've been fortunate enough to land yet another competition lot from Ernesto Menendez and the good folks over at Finca Las Brumas! Those familiar with this farm know the level of quality to come out of it, so believe us when we say this Anaerobic Natural SL-28 is a showstopper. With an intensely dark sweetness, matched by an acidity that comes both funky and fermented, Ernesto & co. have knocked it out of the park again!
